During the lockdown of COVID I began teaching online this training to friends and family. My experiment lead me to formally teach as personal body coach traineer. 

I am a dancer, coreographer, writer, professor in choreography, and guest teacher in various universities in Scandinavia. I had an extensive body training through 33 years dance carrier. Leading me to designed a training I named BODY CORE. 

BODY CORE training, focus on strengthening the body from the most inner core muscles -the deeper layers of muscles that supports the body. I am combining the 33 years experience in Release Technique Dance, two types of yoga traning since 1995: Kundalini and Astanga, Clínical Pilates from 2018 on,, 30 years practicing Alexander Technique and Klein Technique (both are techniques to help correct and align the the body), and self-massage and vibration coming from your own voice and breathe.

This training aims to correct the use of the body -which through habitual postures and use- ge out of alignment. By learning how the body works, we retrain the muscles to support the body in its right aligment into the new correct position. The training is therapeutic, healing, and releases stress, as we are constantly moving with the breathe, observing one self from within.
